Uttapam is a type of a very famous breakfast from South India. Unlike a typical dosa, which is crisp and crepe-like, uttapam is thicker like pancakes, with toppings. Uttapams are generally made of rice and lentils. They are soaked and ground and kept overnight for fermentation. and traditionally have toppings like onions, chilies, capsicums, and coriander. This version of uttapam is a healthier and instant version. Oats Onion Uttapam has high fibers and less gluten compared to the traditional uttapams.

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats rolled or quick cut
- 1 cup curd
- 2 cups water
- 2.5 tablespoon salt
- 1 large onions finely chopped
- 2 pieces green chilies finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
Instructions
- Take 2 cups of oats in a blender
- Blitz it and make a fine oats flour
- Take the oats flour in a bowl
- Add 2 tablespoon of salt
- Add one cup of curd
- Add one cup of water and mix well, Let the batter rest
- Take finely chopped onions in a bowl
- Add green chilies and salt to the onions
- Check the consistency and add more water accordingly, Mix well
- Put a pan on the stove on low flame
- Pour the batter on the pan
- Add the onions mixture on it, let it cook
- Flip it and cook on the other side as well
