  • 2 cups water
  • 2.5 tablespoon salt
  • 1 large onions finely chopped
  • 2 pieces green chilies finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon chat masala

  • Take 2 cups of oats in a blender

  • Take the oats flour in a bowl
